App versus browser
The cempakabet app gives you offline account access, push notifications for live market movement, and faster load times on slow connections. Device requirements
We support Android 7.0 and later on mobile phones and tablets. iOS users need iOS 12 or higher and can run cempakabet as a web app via Safari or a progressive app shortcut on the home screen. Older devices (Android below 7, iOS below 12) cannot access the platform. Your device must have at least 50 MB free storage for app cache and offline match data.
Common installation issues
Android users must enable "Unknown sources" in Security settings to install the APK file. If your device refuses the certificate, check that you downloaded from the official cempakabet link and not a third-party mirror. iOS users cannot install a standalone app; instead, add a web shortcut to your home screen for similar functionality. If you see a blank page, clear your Safari cache and cookies, then reload. For persistent install errors, contact our support team; we respond within one business day.

cempakabet collects device information (OS version, screen size, mobile network type) to optimise app performance. We do not sell this data to third parties.
